Nau mai hoki ora mai – Welcome back everyone!

Vehicles should be parked safely on Wymondley Road, please ensure you both observe and adhere to the cones, yellow lines and directions of any staff members.
Children’s safety is paramount and ALL of our concern and responsibility, therefore, we are counting on our parents and community to act appropriately and accordingly.

The gates will be locked and there will be no entry to the school grounds during the school day.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING
For the safety of everyone in our school whānau, we will be instituting a strict policy of isolating sick children immediately and sending them home. Students who are sick must stay home for at least two days after symptoms have gone away. Please seek medical advice or assistance.
Heading into winter, we need to be extra vigilant in this matter.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Physical distancing in schools remains important particularly when people are interacting please be rest assured that we will be following the Ministry of Health guidelines for schools in this matter. The risks are relatively lower at Alert Level 2 however we will always err on the side of caution as we navigate the return to school.
DEVICES
As all children are due back at school from Monday 18 May, by 845am we are requesting that the very limited school devices that were distributed to whānau are also expected to be returned to the child’s classroom that day. The responsive and engaged learning that took place during lockdown has encouraged us to grow our online learning into our daily class program, therefore, we appreciate your support by returning allocated Chromebooks and ipads.
If you have any further questions please contact the school office on 09 276 7241
